11. Neighborhood Spotlight – Additional Terms

The following terms apply specifically to businesses purchasing advertising space in the Hampton Roads Home Services Neighborhood Spotlight mailer. These terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the general Terms of Use for our website.

• Design & Ad Copy Responsibility: Hampton Roads Home Services is not responsible for typos, misprints, or errors in ad copy provided by you. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving your ad prior to printing.

• Third-Party Printing & Mailing Services: All printing and mailing services for the Neighborhood Spotlight are fulfilled by a third-party provider. Hampton Roads Home Services is not liable for printing defects, color variations, mailing delays, or any other issues that occur during the production or distribution process.

• Mailing Quantity: It is our intent to print and mail to 5,000 households per campaign. However, due to USPS Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM®) route variations, the exact number of households reached may vary slightly. Our goal is to target as close to 5,000 households as possible within the preferred mailing routes.

• Ad Size Variations: Ad sizes may vary slightly due to print constraints and production requirements.

• Usage Rights: By placing an order for the Neighborhood Spotlight, you grant Hampton Roads Home Services the right to use your ad in marketing materials, promotions, and service demonstrations, and we may follow up with you to hear about your experience.

• Waiver of Liability: By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to waive Hampton Roads Home Services of any damages, claims, or losses related to printing or mailing services.
