Who it is for

Every kind of association.

If a group of homes decides things together, Manage gives the board one place to run it.

HOA

Homeowners associations

News every home sees, votes that count every home, and the bylaws where people can find them.

POA

Property owners associations

Same tools, built for lots and land. Owners who live far away still get every update.

COA

Condo and townhome boards

Shared walls mean shared decisions. One place for the meeting, the vote and the minutes.

Self-managed

Boards that do it themselves

No manager, no problem. You get the tools a management company would charge for.

Managed

Boards with a management company

Add your manager as an admin. They do the office work. Your neighbors get the community.

Civic

Civic leagues

Volunteer-run, dues or no dues. Meetings, minutes and votes in one place, and every home on the roster.

Run by volunteers or by a manager. Either way, one place.

The old way

Your neighborhood already talks. It just happens everywhere.

A Facebook group half the street muted. A group chat nobody can search. Bylaws in someone's garage. Votes counted by a show of hands at a meeting most homes missed.

flyers on doorsthree group chatsreply-all email the binder in the garage"was there a meeting?"
Neighbors first

A neighborhood is not a mailing list. It is people who know each other.

Every tool here is built to bring neighbors together — not to send them more paperwork.

"Oh, you're two doors down!"

Know who lives next door

A real roster of your homes, with each neighbor choosing what they share. A face and a name, not a house number.

Made by Neighbors & the map
"See you Saturday."

Show up to things

The block party, the cleanup day, the meeting. One calendar, one tap to say you are coming, and a headcount so it actually happens.

Made by Events & RSVPs
"We voted. It passed."

Have a say

One home, one vote, and a result everyone can see. Decisions get made by the whole street, not by whoever showed up.

News that reaches every doorstep

Post it once and it lands in every neighbor's HRHS inbox with a badge they cannot miss. The forum carries the everyday talk — questions, tips, lost dogs — with announcements pinned above the noise.

  • Announcements pinned, badged and counted as read
  • A member forum with board moderation built in
  • One notification bell across the whole of HRHS

Polls & voting

Decisions with receipts

One ballot per home, cast by that household's designated voter, changeable until the poll closes — and turnout counted in homes, not hands raised at a meeting half the street missed. The result is a record the whole neighborhood can stand behind.

  • One home, one vote — couples and tenants share the seat
  • Live turnout, visible results, a closing date
  • A running record of every past decision

Neighbors & trusted pros

The neighborhood map

Every home, on one map

When your community starts, we draw it from your city's public records — every home, already on the map. The boundary, the streets, the lots. No typing addresses into a spreadsheet, and no missing houses.

  • The board sees who has claimed their home, street by street
  • Events can drop a pin, so nobody circles the block
  • Neighbors choose whether their home shows on the map at all

Getting started

Live before the weekend

Most neighborhoods are already in our records, pulled from your city's public address data — no owner names, just the homes.

1

Find your neighborhood

Search our catalog — if your community is on file, every home arrives ready to claim, and you'll see the exact plan your size needs before paying anything.

2

Start your free 2 weeks

Name it, confirm it, done. You are the owner and first admin. Add a board, a manager or a neighbor as admin any time. Nothing is public and nobody is contacted until you say so.

3

Invite your neighbors

Each invitation claims a specific address. Residents join free, forever — the community pays one price however many people live in it.

Privacy, on purpose

Names come from people, not from records

When we load your neighborhood from city data, we read past everything below — it never reaches your roster. A roster pre-filled with owner names would mean your neighbors are in a system they never joined. An address is a fact about a place; a name is a fact about a person, and residents give us theirs when they claim their home.

Left behind, every time
OWNER NAMECO-OWNERMAILING ADDRESS ASSESSED VALUESALE PRICESALE DATEDEED BOOK

Addresses stay inside the community, too — a pro only ever sees a resident's address when that resident awards them a job.

Questions

Is this for us?

The questions neighbors ask before they start. Short answers, no fine print.

Who is Manage for?

The board of an association: HOAs, POAs, condo and townhome boards, and civic leagues. Your residents never see the word Manage. To them, the portal is your association by name, like Fennimore Landing HOA.

If you run your community yourselves, this is your toolkit. If you have a management company, add them as an admin and use it together.

Who can start one?

Anyone who lives there. We do not check who is on your board; your neighbors decide by joining. A neighborhood can have more than one portal, so each one shows who runs it and how many homes have joined. The name, and what it says about who runs it, has to be true.

How is this different from other HOA software?

Most HOA software is built for the office. It tracks dues, violations and work orders, and it talks to the board. Your neighbors never log in.

Other HOA softwareDues, fines, work orders. Built for the manager. Priced per door, sold to the office.
ManageNews, events, votes, files, neighbors. Built for the people who live there. One flat price, every resident free.

Manage is built for the people who live there. It is about news every home sees, events people show up to, votes that count every home, and neighbors who know each other. And the local pros your neighbors already trust are built right in.

Why not just use Facebook or Nextdoor?

Because half the street muted the group. Posts get buried under ads. Anyone nearby can join. There is no way to vote, no place for the bylaws, and no way to know which homes are actually in.

Facebook & NextdoorOpen to anyone nearby. Posts buried by the feed. No votes, no files, no roster. Ads for your neighbors.
ManagePrivate to your homes. Every home gets one vote. Every file in one place. Every event with a real headcount. No ads, ever.

Your portal is private to your homes. Every home gets one vote. Every file is in one place. Every event has a real headcount. And nobody is selling ads to your neighbors.

What does it cost my neighbors?

Nothing. Residents join free, always. The association pays one price by size, and the first 2 weeks are free with no card.

We already have a management company. Does this replace them?

No, and it does not have to. Add your manager as an admin. They keep doing the office work. Your neighbors get the community. Both live in one place.

What about privacy?

We load your homes from public city records, and we leave the owner names behind. Nobody is in your roster until they claim their own home. Each neighbor chooses what they share, name-only to start. Nothing is public and nobody is contacted until you say so.

Can we try it before we decide?

Yes. Tour the live demo first. Then start your free 2 weeks, see your own addresses in it, and decide. Cancel in the trial and pay nothing.

Still not sure? Tour the live demo. It is free and takes five minutes.

Pricing

One price for the whole neighborhood. First 2 weeks free.

The community pays monthly or yearly, by size. Every resident joins free, and every plan includes everything you just read about, plus 5 GB of storage.
