The free plan gives you 3 bids a month. That is enough to see whether the work here suits you, but not enough to run a business on. Pro removes the cap entirely, so you decide which jobs are worth your time rather than rationing.
On the free plan your phone number and email stay hidden — homeowners can only reach you by awarding you a job. On Pro they are shown on your public profile, so someone who likes your work can pick up the phone.
Free listings appear in one service category. If you do plumbing and handyman work, you are only matched to half your jobs. Premium features you in up to three, with as many specialties as you like inside each — so a remodeler can show drywall, tile and cabinetry without cluttering unrelated categories.
Up to 20 photos, a longer description, and an FAQ section answering the questions you get asked on every call. Homeowners choosing between two quotes almost always pick the one they can picture.
